Hi all,
I went to price a house today and the guy asked if I could clean the outside of his gutters, they were upvc and had quite alot of black grime on the outside? can you clean this with normal wfp methods? or do you need a special brush head? Also how easy a job is this?
Kind Regards
Rob

The only way to find out if wfp would clean the particular gutter .
I use the same brush as i do on the windows
I dont normally have any problems with cleaning them with wfp.
You may not get all the black off but from the ground they will look very good well at least an 100% improvement and the customer will be more than happy.
I charge £25 a side for gutters soffits and facias.

i do a lot of these jobs myself,
2 tips for you
1, keep a seperate brush and don't use the same one that you use for w/cleaning
2, don't waste your pure water, plug directly into the customers outside tap with your pole, you don't require any power either as the water pressure from the tap is good enough, the brush away keeping the water flow going and it will rinse as you brush.
trust me this works

Hi Rob,Jay we have been cleaning the gutters and cladding by hand and they come up very clean, however it takes forever so we have thought about powerwashing them. When you powerwash do the walls etc get dirty with the spray and do you have to wash them down after?

i don't use a power wash, just my wfp brush and pole using tap water, with a bit of scrubbing the dirt comes off
