Title: Flats complex Pricing help please

Just been asked to price sheltered flats complex 244 windows monthly normaly do all my work 6 weekly . As this is monthly would you go in a bit lower ? Have a price in mind but what price would you go with ? Job is in Wiltshire  your help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance Neil

Impossible to say without seeing at least some pictures. Eg, How many storeys? Access?

Notice you're from Swindon mate. I'll come and price it with you if you like  ;D

Depends on the height of the building really. If all below 3 stories I would go in for around £250 a month. If you want the job badly enough then £200 should get you it.
