where was you on the impact 43 today? i have been on one to day in liverpool very good and well better than working in that rain today ;)

have you now got nvq 1 & 2? have seen posts on here saying that it was s""t, but i think all window cleaners who can get on it should. Lots of good info for free now you dont get that every day ;D

yeah i think course is pretty decent expecially as an employer its very useful its third time ive done as cudnt do final day first two times

I taught him everything he doesn't know about wfp when we both took our course, so many years ago ;D

To be honest he went a lot more into it than he needed to out of sheer passion. He was listening to and absorbing all the information he was receiving and he's got a cracking, well planned out system

Hi Richard, just need to comment on post, Ian is not part of the assessment team, on the day Phil Willis's role is assessor, Ian is part of our team on the day to assist with Water Fed Pole information and training.

I don't come on as much as I used to as busy with other things, you didn't say anything bad at all, if you did I must have missed it ;)
