have just read bay view wcs thread on chasing a debt,£8.00 iam seriously starting to think off asking for the cash up front on all new customers/one offs...........thoughts everyone ???

Me too, no other way around this one. Too many are trying to take the p i ss I am finding. If they are going to be genuine, they will pay I feel.

So would you expect a new custy, who's not going to be at home, when you do the first clean, to pay a total stranger cash upfront ???
I think if you stress to much about this youll get too paranoid, and dont trust anyone.

Someone gave me £120 up front for a conny roof clean this week and job not booked in till end of month :o

new customers, i tell them the price if they say oh ill pay you next week,i say ok ill clean them next week.

if they dont pay just make the windows dirty again .
