Title: gleam insurance.....disappointed

I made an enquiry thru there call back link on the website,late last night so being naive i expected a call this morning got an email late today asking was i an existing customer or after a quote ??? replied "quote" and then silence...........

I think my main gripe is that companies put these systems into operation to improve the service and then dont use them to there full potential,maybe as i get older i am getting more frustrated ;D

I left loads of messages but no reply.

I do however like the guys and want them to succeed so I move company to be insured with them.

don't be lazy,call them  ;)
