Title: Risk statement
Post by: Steve Sed on September 08, 2012, 03:43:08 pm
I have just picked up a commercial job and been asked to submit a risk statement with my first invoice. Does anyone have a more or less standard one that I could have please? Itis inside and out and there is a flat roof that I need to get on.

risk assessments are suited to individual sites .its probable everyone is different. go on google images and get one off there and fill it in stating the risks of injury to you / workers/ public and the steps you take to avoid these risks its easy really ...things to think about are trailing hoses. which are trip hazzards. possible falling pole if you trip and loose control of the pole  etc and then you need to state what you intend to do to lower the risks ie warning cones etc but each and every job would be different. i  hope that helps bud
