what do these retail at normally? i presume a gear box would be needed too

I just bought one. cheapest i found was £400 Delivered if i remember correctly. Mines belt drive so didnt need a gearbox. if you already have a 201 pump the the gearbox is the same.

Although if you need a gearbox they are around £180.

I think the gearbox on my Rapier has had it after it started making a high pitched noise the other day. Oil was a bit low but OK. Pressure was pulsating and then dropped right off. Engineer came out and turned pressure down and engine rev's down a bit which cured it for an hour or so but came back with avengeance and is now awaiting full blown repair.

Thankfully that day my new connectors came so I was able to use the bowser. I went back the day after and sorted, so a good job I bought it from you (Blastaway).

Worked a treat, cheers. Noisy as ****, and it would be right at the end of a cul-de-sac! So much better than setting up when arriving on site. I can see loads of time being saved for sure  ;D
