Looks good richy.... Proffesional but not over the top saying im expensive. Am looking on my phone and its showing as a mobile version which is great.

Personally if it was mine i would be happy with it. Remember its not about you ans what you want. At the end of the day its about what works

Couple of things at first look that are serious omissions......

It doesn't tell me where you are, doesn't tell me what to do and no phone number 'above the fold'.

its not bad for a first attempt now you need to work with them ti fine tune it  ;)

The problem with web designers they show off these great sites while offering cheaper sites but for get to tell you the site that you are looking at cost £1200 up wards  ;D

A quick glance through the pages and I found a couple of spelling mistakes. I would suggest a proof read, as there are possibly more ;)

this was just an initial prototype the manager of the firm came today and agreed to re start it from scratch as it didnt meet my original ideas of how i wanted it too look

they said they were building a bespoke one and he agreed it was a template

just out of interest how much work do use gain with a website, as thats one of my plans for the new year but alot of people been telling me it wouldnt generate much work, but with something like yours i imagine if you get on the google rankings your phone will be red hot!!

to be fair my last one paid for itself in no time it didnt bring in loads of work but prob 8-10 enquiries a month which wasnt bad for a website that hadnt been optimised even tho i was always pretty high up on any searches for my areas tho

what i found with mine tho i got a lot of enquiries from an area 15 miles away which was too far for domestic work

I know an excellent web designer. Hosts on own server too.

Can buy you a domain for just £5.99!

I own a great domain and formed a dormant ltd company for a measly £5

He's my guru.

And never ever buy a domain through a second source (middle man'. Buy your web address direct. You are in control from the start.

Hi Andy, what was the reason for buying a dormant company. And secondly, how much did your webdesigner charge you for the site and to host it?

Thanks for any info :)

The dormant company is just temporary, it's not a fiddle or anything like that. . I am currently developing a rebranding to the new companies identity. Once the website is active and the company becomes active. Up until then I am keeping good records of accounts thanks to George.

My new company is called Kent Windiw Cleaners Ltd.

£5 owned

Last time I went through Company Warhouse and forked out nearly £200. They sell you stuff you don't know that you don't need.

honest opinion Richy, the thing is over sized and the impact is not above the fold like it should be, the design looks ok just image header to big, meaning it drops down the three links to half in and half out the fold.
Also if your trying to target domestics it looks to commercial

lol, just don't get to caught up to much in the looks it's not looks that make you the business mate look at the sales hooks, nothing wrong with a proven template design that one is shocking if that the standard size.
