Hi  all.

Does anyone know on george can you select all custies at once and change frequency for their cleans in one go?

Currently doing custies as 5 weeks want to change em to 1 month.

i think you can only do them one by one... amend details etc.

the only short term answer would be to go in to diary view
right click on the first job on a particular day
a box will appear allowing you to change the date of the clean(add a whole day)
select the day ,4 weeks or what ever you want

then over time adjust the job details individualy
