Hi

The cost of getting a customer is high, so anything to increase response rates is worth looking at.

Just wondering if anybody has offered two weeks free cleaning to get customers
Commercial or Domestic.

Ive only offered free cleans to get letting agent work ....with domestic customers the margins are often too small and they can be high maintenance but i usually say 'book a trial clean with us and if you're not completely happy at the end we wont charge you' it gets them in the door and i have confidence in my staff so ive never had to give it free yet....touch wood!
