Leaflet dropped an estate earlier this week. Today decided to door knock to follow up, couldnt be bothered but thought just go.
Picked up:
2 x 30 first clean and then £15 month
1x £100 conservatory roof clean
1 x £175 conservatory and gutter clean
1 x £360 conny, fascia, soffit and gutter clean
Result ! Love this job

£110 Gutters and fascias

Great price I charged ,200 for a 5 bed detatched plus 1 bed annex,with conny roof and fascias including gutters ,took 2 of us 3 hours ,I thought that was a fair price.good for you getting more.

i need to raise my prices. im charging £10 to clean conny roof and £10 for rest of windows. its a push getting them at that price in gloucestershire :(

No - thats what you believe you can get - it's always difficault when starting out - but have faith in your work - talk the job up - tell them how good it's all going to look when cleaned. and you will get the better prices
it's better to get 2 cleans @ £60 ++ than 7 or 8 at £10 and when the price is that cheap the custy does not value the service either.

Its true, I tell them how great it will look and explain what I am going to do. How they think they have a new conny when I am finished and I am no salesman believe me.
