Hi all was asked to clean some chairs white in colour for a letting agent i do carpets for they were full of black mold spores and just didn't budge or even fade whats the best approach to getting rid if it can be done or should they just replace??? Thanks.

Try milton, with mold there's no guarantee of success :o

If the chairs are white and the cleaning process is not removing them, then you could try something with hydrogen peroxide through it, eg. Dye gone, help mate or spray n go. If you want to give this a go, then maybe apply using a cotton bud or similar? Also, make sure you are clued up any product containing H P before you try. Hope this helps.

So its not you he is trying to get off the chairs is it Phill?
If it is mould sometimes hydrofloric acid (Rust remover) will work. It needs to be one of the better ones ie craftex or similar. Try a small area if no movement then oxidiser is the way to go.
