Is it better to use pure water to clean them or the custy's tap? Also using Virosol. Bearing in mind the amount of water they take to clean.

if i can i use the customers tap and perhaps a quick going over with pure after if i think it needs it.

get better pressure and flow from customers tap which can help budge any stubborn marks and dirt

spray with cleaning products leave 5 mins then custys tap or pure from the van if there isnt a outside tap ;D

Never waste 'Pure' on a gutter clean, always custy's tap connected to WFP
Why waste your water supply?
Pure is only needed for windows. Do gutters and soffits with Tap water, then follow round final window clean with pure.

Just custies tap water...ive never used any cleaning "products"
ive got a barrel of tfr in the garage, used a bit of it once, sat there ever since.
The green algae always just wipes off...ive done hundreds of connies, soffits etc......plain old tap water does it every time!!!

I never use cleaning products or tap water for gutters/fascias or conny roofs.
I always use hot pure water only

i use customers outside taps if possible for gutter/soffit/fascia/conny roof cleans.i carry 20 m of extension microbore specifically for this purpose.
virosol is awesome IMO if the surface you are cleaning is really dirty.i mix some up in a 5L pressure sprayer and apply in sections before using WFP.
