Txt today.
"You cleaned our windows earlier than we exected."  (In fact was 4 Weeks to the day bang on).
"We have had scaffolding erected since you visited (Friday) and the windows are all dirty now - we think you should give them a complimentary clean in view of the fact that you came earlier than we expected."
 ??? ???

just text back sorry but no they were done 4 weeks to the day as arranged, I will be happy to re clean at the normal price or you can wait 4 weeks as normal
