Crawley
Eastbourne
Canterbury
Colchester
Birmingham

Just general advertising to be honest.

Will be a sort of "case study" kind of thing! :)

I worked 17 hours yesterday started at 7.00 am to finish an M&S building washdown, which we started the previous evening at 11.00pm , then went wfp'ing for 5 hours on a school then spent 8 hours cleaning a Tesco's top to bottom, got in at 1.00am this morning, after driving 130 miles back home.

now I can only just stand up and its hurting my fingers to type, so I think I deserve a drink
