Does anyone have a template I could use I have a customer who has asked me for it

There's a few pointers on this page to help you write the risk assessment relevant to your job - which will be better than a generic risk assessment

It's not going to be exactly for window cleaning its a basic template then you fill it out relevant to your window cleaning task
