AS the heading says I want to expand into carpet cleaning is this machine any good.

In short No this machine is far too small to do a proper clean and your customers wont be impressed at all when you get it out of the van.Look for a good 2nd hand twin vac machine for the same price of this machine(around £500) and at least it will look the business then its up to you whether through training/advice/practice etc you can do a good job..........................Alan

Thanks Mate anyone have a suggestion what second hand machine I should look for.

Any decent twin vac with a 135 pump minimum.
All machine have a solution tank, a pump, a recovery tank and vac unit(s).
The more the merrier.
It depends on which cleaning method/solutions you use.
If you use in tank detergents then you need a bit of heat.
If you use microsplitter presprays then you don't.
I do gruesome EOTs with a machines as above and get very good results.
It is up to the prespray and method.
I am not an 'in and out' merchant and take a little longer but get repeats all the time.
