Could you please give me an idea of what to quote for this.
1st time will be in and out, minor builders clean as they are not too bad and then a price to clean the outsides every 2 month?
Any ideas on what to do with the metal grating in the way on the back?
I would like a price to win this one and not a price to show i aint bothered.
Cheers.

Cheers pal, fence aint a problem but the silver grate on the window?

just stick your brush thorugh the railings and put your flow rate up high.
40 inside and out builders clean, then 15-20 bi monthly outside
-
Extreme brush should fit through the railings,
& £20 bi-monthly looks the right price to me

If you really want that job and know you wont get skanked. then 1st clean free
works everytime for me

on nothing bigger than 50 quid tho i should add.

I would go in at £20 for th outside
I always charge 1.5x the out for the in as a rule so on this one I would go in at £50 out and in, £20 out reguular (whatever the freq.).
I know its a little more than the others have said but so far I have found that on glass that size the insides are going to be a pain in the a$$.
First clean / builders clean? Get a cheap, hard vikan brush so im told, it makes scrubbing easier...
-
Thanks guy, just wana make sure im in the right ball part.
No gardiners equipment here yet for me, although any donations / cheap sales will be very well recieved! ;D
-
your wrist and a squeegie will fit through the railings
-
first clean try and go for 1.5 of the reg so charge em more if you can, as for the free clean thingy thats a no no for me :)
-
£30 outside, £60 inside total = £90
-
What the hell is a sqeegie? ;D

Ok. From the picture, it looked as though you couldn't get to the back easily.

I know, finding that out. Which one should i buy as an upgrade from my brodex 10" standard? One thats good for everyday use, weight?
-
I would definitely say £30 for regular monthly cleaning of externals, but I only charge 1.5x for insides so £75 total.
-
Thanks for all your help, will be doing it for a nifty £50 and £25 regular.
