maintenance cleaning packages for builders
Can any one give me any help on maintenance packages.
I have just been approached by a home builder who as asked me if i would be interested in, cleaning the windows, cleaning paths, upvc, and general gardening, cutting the lawns and pruning the gardens, basic keeping the outside clean and tidy.
I clean windows, upvc and paths,driveways allready so i know what to charge, but never grass cutting and general gardening.
The people who are buying the apartments will have a yearly fee to pay for.
I am due to go and meet up with the firm next month to descuss what they exactly need. But the problem is i dont know how to price it.
Please if anyone does anything like this, please can you give some advice.

i've thought about doing a bit of gardening on the side and if it was me i'd workout how long it will take each time and then charge by the hour. Say you normaly make £20-25an hour charge that cos you don't wanta do yourself out of pocket
