so if the canvasser gives you 50 customers say first clean being £1000.00 and on the second clean say a modest 40% mess you about then on the third you may be left with 50% would you still be happy paying £1000 for £500 and your running costs?

yes sounds like a good idea if you can take the hit... its not hard getting 10-15 casual people who want there windows cleaned in a day the stick rate thou who knows.

woods what you just said im supprised you aint getting hounded by canvassers right now the reason why canvassers and cleaners falls out is cos of that massive cancelation if you are truley happy to pay 100% no matter what rate of cancelation, then i am sure someone will read this and get in touch with you!

fiver or maybe 30%-50% here per clean problem is they may not take it seriously and you may need to do leg work to keep him or pay a bit extra ,

no canvasser is bad its the customers.. they ruin the fun and lie on the door i would pay 200% but its all about the cancelation is anoying!,
