Title: CLX pole help

evening   i have a clx 22 pole but i took the tip off and cant get it back on  :'(   are these the ones i need to buy and why wont the tip go back on ???http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/info-SCRW-POLE-T3-QR.html

Whilst we are on the subject of clx poles....
does the hose have to go externally or can it be threaded through the pole and if so how far down the top section is the best/recommended place to drill a hole?

The CLX pole (like all the Gardiner range) is designed to have the pole on the inside. The Resi-Necks that fit to the top of the pole have a hole to pull the hose through. This means that no drilling of sections is needed on these poles.

I got the pole yesterday but didn't have the time to look at it properly,although i must say that the weight and length are great....
