Title: Brodex and there famous after sales

ordered a 2nd hose and pole from brodex told to collect em at 9 am the next day , and guess what happened at 9 am the next day .gets there collects my hose and pole gets a couple of repairs done and even managed to cop for a few freebies as well ,back out with my new 2 man set up within half an hour not bad ay , if they have bad customer service i havnt seen it , so credit where due well done john an brodex  ;D ;D ;D

I've dealt with brodex many times and haven't had any problems.

John especially is very helpful and we are going to be doing some business in the near future.

Have to agree , John seems to be the man to deal with , i had 3 sections of damaged pole on a 3 pole package , small dents in the alloy tubing , all were replaced within 48 hours and the old ones didnt have to go back , in fact the new sections are still in the shed as the old ones were still usable , purely a cosmetic complaint caused by TNT .
