I am assuming Vikan was a joke. I used one for ages, but they are heavy and hard work with fascias and gutters.

I use a white bristles  cill brush for Gardeners as I find I can get behind the gutter the best, not perfect the best.Light enough not to strain you shoulders and arms.

why would it be a joke!!!!

yes they are hard work, but will do a better job and out last the rest ;)

they get the crap of a lot more easier than other brushes

no joke a good old vikan (any one will do) about 20 will out do pretty much any other brush on facias and gutterings, and you dont use them everyday so a little extra weight wont matter, i use one every day just because i wont replace something until it needs replacing and the damn thing wont die :-)

richard, you would be suprised what a new brush can do. ive been using a superlight dt brush for 18 months and thought it was still going great. i got an extreme brush last week and im loads quicker on the glass.
