Title: contracts?for domestic clients?

is this a new thing,have i missed out on something ???
just been looking at some rounds for sale and one guy selling mentioned all his clients have just signed contracts with him?

can some one put me in the picture on this

we tried gettin people to sign in to a minimum of three cleans when we signed them up there not interested bob if they dont want service they just wana cancel and to be honest for the small fees we charge it aint worth taking to court and i wouldnt wana clean a messers house

as richy has said, yes you can get your customers to sign as many contracts as you like, but if they breech them what are you going to do take them to court, if you do and you win, and get all your costs added to the debt, all they need to do is offer £1 per month.

I would rather just drop the time wasters and move on with life.

I picked up a customer a few months back because of this - the guy who quoted her previously wanted her to sign a minimum Contract

Needless to say she wasn't very happy and told him so - then rang me
I just inflated the price slightly just in case she was a messer but no probs so far
