Title: 4040 membrane failure

been on holidays for 2 weeks do you think it could have dried out and failed .

i doubt it, i only run my RO once a month.

what is actually wrong with it.

no water coming out, or high tds.
give it a good flush anyway

If it has dried out completely then it probably has failed, but you should have got away with it for two weeks.
