1. Reel out hose
2. Attach pole hose to hose
3. Turn on pump
4. Clean windows, frames and sills
5. Rinse
6. Rinse
7. Rinse
8. Rinse
9. Clean windows
10. Repeat steps 5 to 8
11. Repeat steps 1 to 3 in reverse order
12. Phone wife to tell her what u want for tea.
13. Text girlfriend.
14. Collect cash
15. Drive home

(Optional extras: Scratching arse; pi$$ing around to take longer to justify double price for first clean; ignoring boring custy; chatting up fit custy; laughing at passers by when they say 'can you do mine for free'; taking a pee in neighbours garden)

Well at least that's how I do my first cleans  ;D ;D

haha i wasnt very happy today thats all when i turned up to spot check my new employee i honestly did not believe he had been there, its a shame coz ive had rave reviews from customers leaving voicemails about his work n how he takes his time etc unlike flash gordon my last employee!!!

ive been really impressed with his attitude and that coz he takes on a board everything i tell him unfortunately i was in court today for something to do with my mental ex missus and i left him to it and gave a bit of advice about how to do first cleans thinking itll be sound so i just wana get something down on paper for him to read thru and absorb but ive got a bloody tooth abcess and my face is in agony so i cant be bothered trying to write a method out haha
