Not everyone will prob understand why I'm thinking of doing this but I'll try and explain anyway.
Been going for a long time now and business has changed a lot, more newer/modern companies have a catchy short name were as years ago business names were longer etc ... Why does this matter to me? It's also bothered me that all my customer never remember the business name and just know us as the window cleaner - which is fine but they always say to me a friend of mine/work place wanted a window cleaner but I couldn't find your flyer and forgot your business name to phone you so they got someone else - winds me right up!
I'm also due new flyers,workwear etc so be a great chance to re brand and change name etc...
One of the main reason to do this to help with motivation and push on the business even more.
Anyone done this?

I did exactly this about 18 months ago...
I used to be called "Southern Cleaning Services", but felt that it was too generic... I kept putting off the name change, but it kept bugging me that I wasn't called Something Window Cleaning... So I changed to "Iconic Window Cleaning".
Customers now refer me to others as "Iconic"...
All in all I'm glad I made the change.

With a name changed - anything needed to be done? Ie tax man and so on

Ref this post - before I use my old suppliers for flyers, workwear etc ...
Anyone recommend good suppliers?
