Vacuum, vacuum and vacuum some more.

Pre-spray, agitate and thoroughly rinse, then get the air mover on each area as you finish it, assuming you have one.

Post bonnet if you have a rotary.

Use lots of agitation and leave as little moisture in the carpet as possible to avoid wick back.

Only HWE available and agitation restricted to a Sebo Duo :-\ - I would be concerned for a first class result

Hopefully, everything will be OK.

Sadly in many cases, HWE on tiles can come back to haunt you a couple of days later when it dries out properly.

I was gonna say that too Gary..

LM is the way on tiles..... perhaps you could use the money made on this job to buy a 2nd hand rotary ... I bought my 1st one off flea bay for £80 and it has more than paid for itself.... Just a thought  ;D ;D

Try to get a 17" (450mm) machine with a speed of 200 rpm or less. This will give you optimum results.
A drive disc, shampoo brush and water tank are also worth having.
Be careful if buying old Jeyes machines. Many spares like handles etc are now discontinued.

Taski rangers and jeyes rotaries last for ever anyway.
I have a couple that i use for general daily use,
and several others that i have accumulated as backups.
The driveboards and brushes can be swopped either machine,
some are 240 volt and also have a 110 volt with transformer
which comes in handy in some places of work.

Woodbridge can help with pad holders, brushes etc. Its some of the other parts that are dis. rotaries rarely go wrong so you should be okay.
