Glad it's going, it's all been sat about for a while as we've got the new trailer in full swing. Money sat about, bit of a clean up and lick of paint and just what I was hoping to get for it. Just need to master the unloader valve Rob on the new set up when splitting to 2 lances for gum, it dumps the rest on one lance when the other is released.

Post by: Matt Gibson on August 02, 2012, 11:35:12 pm: How are you going to master it? Surely the pressure is just going to try and find the easiest way out regardless of how the unloader is set and thats going to be the gun with the trigger pulled.

Ive seen unloaders with two outlets. is that what your using or are you just using a t piece? Wouldnt it be easier to use two unloaders?

That's exactly what I get on the twin operation side. We had the unloader upgraded when I had the new pump fitted and all the flow goes to the one gun. I tend to not keep stopping & starting but people I work with keep giving me all the flow and it can be annoying!!!!

Took a lot of getting used to!!!
