Title: Stone Sealant

Hi
Picked up a job yesterday and the building has been sprayed with what I presume is Stone Sealant Waterproofing but he never masked the windows off and it is all over in big runs down the glass.
Any ideas what might get it off?
It will shift but you have to rub and rub and rub it would take hours.

A couple of options:-

1. The lazy builder wot did it.

And that'll never happen so ...

2. Somebody else.
