Bought thermo off Gadiners about 6 months ago and still in wrapping not used it yet. I understand that this hose is 6 mm and at the mo I'm still using 8mm which have had for about a year. I bought the thermo due to having hot wash. The reason for the post Daz you may know do you lose much pressure using the 6mm from the 8mm hose. I know you rate the 6 mm as Gardiners gear is of A1 and there service and after service is brill. Imwanting to fit the 6mm on but am worried of losing water pressure any ideas if you do !!!!

I found that the thermobore expanded to about 8mm anyway. So I would keep all your fittings and just squeeze the hose on. It might be that I had the pressure set on the high side but it shouldn't have gone above 100psi due to a pressure switch.
I've had both gardiners micro(6mm) and mini(8mm) in the past and the difference in flow is detectable but not massive.
Simon.
