Title: Planning ahead

Hi all,


hope everyone is well just wondered how many of us take the time to step back from the day to day running of their business and try to project a 1,2, or even 5year plan for the sucess of their business.

I start projecting the next year round about november, set my goal and timeables for achievable targets whether it be revenue growth or a new piece of equipment.

Curious to what everyone else does.
