Hi Scott the reason i said the ladder would suit someone in ireland is the transport cost, It was over £60 to get it over here three years ago so would be even more now. Can send photos but is the same as link in add. Regards Paul

I've got my easi-dec conservatory access ladder like that off ebay nearly new 3 years ago for £250

Would recommend that make highly,... Brilliant bit of kit  ;D
