the old way ???? hands and knees and a sort brush in your hand works every time

Perhaps a rotary type, neither being Woolsafe approved ;D ;)

I'd take that multiwash any day of the week.

I traded my Sebo duo for one of these.
Saves me a good 2 mins every morning and night.

Envirodri sell refurbed units.
Had mine about three years and it's one of my better purchases.
Bought from them.

Host Freestyle.

I got fed up with the Sebo Duo too and have just upgraded to a Cleanfix Floormac (similar to Oreck) £320 + the dreaded, easy to use and does a much better job than Sebo and fraction of the cost of an Envirodri.
-
Wayne.. seriously... cleaning a duo is a pain?? I just don't get it when people say this ???
Right that's it the next time I use mine I'm going to video cleaning it, I reckon 90 seconds to clean it and pack it away in the van.
-
I went for the orex orbiter and im pretty happy with it got a descent weight to it yet still nimble !
-
Will say my old tm4’s were the bees knees
Wayne
Do you vacuum first? ;)
Jim
You speak with fork tongue ;D ;)

Just had a look at these on you tube - Do you use different pads/brushes to aggitate presprays than you you use to polish and buffer ect?

I dont always pre vac.Only vac on about 25% of jobs as I find most times clients have done it recently.
Does this make a difference to the aggitating process?

If you are truck mounted Wayne- prevac is a waste of time. Go for the Flexi or Envirodri
Small world - I do work for your brother at the other end of the UK from you from time to time. Not carpets but PW

Don’t know, never done a side by side comparison but would have thought it would help ;)

spill the secret then jim . whats the best way to clean a sebo duo :)
-
Best wy.....Turn it upside down, turn it on , stick a fork into the brushes...... Then duck! The crap comes flying out.
-
when i had my sebo i just use to turn it on and hoover all the crap which was hardly any because i'd vacced before using the sebo.
-
Most of the stuff I get in my Sebo is wool fibres, are you saying that if I vacced these wouldnt come out of the carpet?
-
Are you saying you Don't Vac ?i'm not saying you wont get fibres in the sebo but if you vac 1st then there won't be as much and also if you don't vac there be loads more crap to clog the sebo.
-
I always vac first and my sebo gets full of stuff..
-
What about pre aggregate dry then vac :'(
Wayne
Am a bit lost you state under process 2 you will get 70% DF recon aprox 86%. I will go for you if Vat related ;D
Mike
Take back Jim with fork tongue ;)
Shaun
How long did your host last? Sq mile or km would help ???
