3 bed semi £40- £5O they take about an hour
For me, that's how I price them.
I've stopped getting my measuring wheel out
On houses and just stick to set price

1.5 a metre ish! Main thing is to look at the gap between gutter and roof tiles. Sometimes you cannot use the gutter vac. I f the gap is rubbish charge more!

what vac you ordered eco-clean ? thinking about it myself

£20 per side but if the houses are slightly bigger than normal then £25 per side

ditto
what happens when you charge £20 per side of the house and they have 2 rows of guttering? you also come across many houses that vary in size, I priced one the other week that had 150 meters of guttering around it.
At £20 per side this house would be £80, my price was slighly higher ;Dand I got it :o
