Title: hydaulic fluid on brickwork, windows and upvc cills and facsias.?

whats best to remove hydraulic fluid from these surfaces. im going to try hot water low pressure plus detergent like tfr?  bit concerned about the upvc though. a hiab burst its hose all over custys house. so the builder centre are paying for a clean up. any ideas or help much appreciated/
