Title: For those who employ, how much do you pay your staff?
Post by: Dean Taberner on July 17, 2012, 06:01:09 pm
Hello,

As above,

And if possible could you say whether or not you do commercial, domestic or both?

Thanks in advance,

Dean.

I do both and pay wise, I pay the driver £60 per day and if its a 2 man setup then the other guy is paid £54 and there is a bonus payment on any work completed in the month which goes over their target.

No mate not at all,

We've just won some work that is on a 3 year contract and I'm looking to take a couple more guys on.

I've been out of the real world for so long now though that I haven't got a clue what the going rate is.

I don't know whether I'm paying my guys too much or too little but I want to get it right for this new work.

You are only ever one conversation between the lads at any one time from a mutiny though so I get what you're saying :D
