The only companies who are prepared to slash their prices down to these sorts of margins are companies who are going bust or companies who will be going bust shortly - unless they have stacks of money to fall back on.
Let them get on with it.

12 sold, is this a sign that these deals are slowly dying or has he made it impossible to sell loads by restrictions?

must admit, i don't even look at these deals anymore, get about 4 every morning in my inbox and don't even open them. same old rubbish every day, spa's meals and bloomin carpet cleaners, what a load of tosh.

Yeah its crap, in two years I`v bought a boat trip up the Firth of Forth which was really good.
Hotel in Oban was decent, fly fishing lesson, never went. horse riding lesson, never went.

Had a call today from a woman very unhappy ( Groupon ), she said there was no difference and felt conned. Got her booked in at a realistic price. Looking forward to hearing the full story.
Can feel a good testimonial coming on.

Did the job today. Total disgrace. It was an easy job you can see where I`v taken the wand over it, with no prep at all and with cold water that was in the solution line. Sooner they pack up the better.
Have now restored her faith in professional carpet cleaning and a good review in to the bargain.  :D
Ok the photo looks worse than it was but was still a poor show.

Just been done Susan, no idea what was done, if anything. The customers mother was there at the time, so didn`t get much feed back, other than they were less than impressed with the whole experience lol

derek this is the guy, he lives in a very nice village about 3 miles from me

http://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/kingston_upon_hull/Kwikjet/8221007

if he has the spare  time to do the work this  types of marketing brings in, then he needs a lesson in marketing that creates customers who pay 3 times his prices.

why has he got the time to do these jobs if he is running a successful company?

just looked at my diary i have done 3 jobs this year down his street....... for customers who have paid me more than double what he says he charges on his website. one customer paid me £165 to clean a suite he would have charged £60 to clean....... THIS DOWN THE STREET HE LIVES,

i do a 2-3 of jobs a month in his small village.

Bloody hell Mike,  i done one down his street also lol, and often see his van parked up at home  :)

and another job i did last week, differnt cleaner mind,  had cleaned a 2 bedroom, h/s/l  longe and dining room for an amazing price of £75   ::)    the previous year , very cheap i said," not when it only took her 20 mins he said and left it worse than what it was."  and all this with a porty .

no wonder he didnt get them back .
