Title: Prochem Cheyenne, float ball
Post by: martin19842 on January 20, 2006, 10:35:43 pm
hi there,

wonder if anyone can answer this for me, recently my float ball in the waste tank is being sucked up when we turn on the second vac, with a completely empty waste tank.

when we aquired the machine second hand last year gave the filter in the waste tank a good and thorough clean, and it is still clean,

So i 'm wondering if there are any other filters in the vac motors that need to be looked at.

weird thing is, that if you put the second vac on after a couple of inutes use then everything is fine,

regards

martin.

Are you sure the filters clean. It may look clean but the fine pores may be clogged. Sounds like it isn't getting the airflow it should. Also check for any debri in the inlet port although this should be obvious.

i will have a look and make sure that its all clean fine and dandy.

john, do you sell or know where i can get a water claw attachment, to remove surface water more efficiently.
