Title: Window Cleaners Licence??? Newby Advice

Afternoon All,

Just about to start up my own Window Cleaning business, been reading the forum for a couple of months now.

While searching for a free software App to keep control of the round, noticed north lanakshire council state you need a window cleaner licence???

Is that applicable to ALL councils?
I currently live in Sunny Rhyl, and will be basing it in and around Rhyl and surrounding area, starting Trad, then hopefully moving to WFP when funds allow.

Any other advice more than welcome
