Anyone else get this? When I first bung on the pump in the morning, I get slightly foamy water coming out of the brush. It's much more noticeable on a Monday morning than any other. It's been the same through the hose's life, and it's the same on both hoses.
Anyone, or is it just me?

This is due to the pure water leaching the inside of the hose as it sits there. this is why its worse on a monday. I find it passes after just a few minutes

It happens with mine also...

Is it not just a bit of air in you system?
How would it turn to foam ???

ive had it happen half way through the day!i was cleaning this massive conny once and i actually thought the customer had used loads of fairy in between cleans!but on closer inspection its just pure water bubbles!!very strange!!
maybe tosh will be along soon with some scientific explanation that he ll copy and paste from wikipedia!! ;) ;D ;D ;D

Always wondered about that ... i too thought it was fairy on my brush some how.
Only taken 3 years to figure that one out

I've always assumed it's some kind of plasticiser in the hose that's ever so slightly soluble (so the water has to be against it for a long while) and that acts as a detergent.
Only lasts a minute or two, so not a problem; glad it's not just me.

It has to do with the hose you use without a doubt. I never had this until I bought Gardiner's micro bore. First day I experienced this was the first day using it, to this day, it still foam's all the time. I don't pretend to know why it does or why my previous hose's never did. Probably due to manufacture material probably. Thankfully, the good new's is it does not affect the end result, no matter how concerning it look's at the time of cleaning.
