Whilst packing up from a job the oter day I was asked to view a dog wee stain from the next door neighbour.
It was a white wool carpet and te stain had gone yellow.I told him that I didnt think that it would come out and that the only chance was using Dye Gone or H Peroxide.
I spoke to him today to arrange an appointment and he told me hes had a go with diluted house bleach,he says the yellowing is still there.
With him having used this bleach will it still be possible to get a result?
Thanks

Probably not. Personally wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

Idiot Guy: Hi home contents insurance company, I'd like a new carpet please.
Insurers: Why's that then?
Idiot guy: Well a carpet cleaner told me to put bleach on my carpet to remove a stain and it's still yellow.
Insurers: Oh well, you need to speak to him about claiming on his insurance, we really don't like paying out, only taking premiums year in year out. Good luck with that. Click. ;D
