Title: how much should I pay?
Post by: WES on July 14, 2012, 08:19:57 pm
Got a friend with me next week, one day a week for about 5 hours. What hourly rate should I give him? I get 30 to 35 an hour by myself.

I pay a day rate of £40 while they are training, this rises after they are trained to £54 for drivers mate and £60 if they are the driver.
