Title: method statement and H&S statement

Hi
can anyone point me in the right direction,
I need to supply Method statement and H&S assesment for two large schools ive just landed.
i could muddle through but if any one can email me a template i would be very greatful  ;D

a job method statement is just as it says, write down the method you are going to clean the windows with, eg, with a water fed pole, or mop & applicator, its just to stop you dusting the windows with a dry cloth, its put in writing how the job will be done, as for the risk assesment, look at the job, and assess any risks you see, eg pupils, bushes, power cables, the list goes on, and then now you have to number the risk, if you look on HSE website, there are a few businesses on there & templates
