Hi guys, new to the forum. I started domestic cleaning last year and am now turning customers away but I want to find ways to make better money. I live in a very rural area but one with a massive amount of hotels, pubs etc. Is oven cleaning a possibility in this situation and if so what kind of cost am I looking at to set up, including training and equipment?
If someone would be kind enough to also email with the sort of cost you would charge a medium size hotel for this service I could work out if its viable for me given the distances and times I would have to travel.
Thanks for any replies. sal.elasrag@gmail.com

If you're turning customers away, it probably means you are not charging enough. Commercial oven and kitchen cleaning is quite a specialist area. Customers would probably want their whole kitchen cleaned and degreased (including the hood and ducting), rather than just the oven. You will need extensive training and equipment (and a team, because no food establishment will want their kitchen shut for very long), this might cost thousands. If you're just starting out, it might not be the easiest expansion route.

Youd be better off doing domestic oven cleaning for your existing customers.
You need to get some basic training and chemicals to start with.
Dont go rushing out to get a dip tank until you get more established.
