Hi any work avail / round for sale luton beds have own WFP set up anything considered

Clean Avg Value : £178 (cleaned 5-6 weekly)
Established For: 6 Years
Sale Price: £450 (absolutely no offers!)
Comments: Well established 1 days work situated in one village. Currently cleaned wfp and some small amount of traditional (was trad previously so will be fine either method). If not at home customers pay either by cheque through post or online banking.
7 houses together-£91, 2 together- £30, 2 together- £25, 1 on own- £20, 1 on own- £12.
Please note that this is a cash sale.  I am happy to call at each house to introduce the buyer to the customers.
