Title: Whats the best type of pre hoover to use before carpet cleaning?

Hi
I heard somewhere an upright hoover is best to pre hoover all areas to be cleaned, would Henry hoover not do the job?

Dean try the sebo bs36 and remember its a vacuum cleaner not a hoover(the henry looks like a toy in comparison)....................Alan

2nd hand kirby off ebay. Cheap, sturdy and good rug beater.

Downside is attachments are a faff.

I've got a royal vacuum cleaner it's like a kirby it don't half beat the carpet.

We had SEBO BS36 untill it got f**** by a customer not saying that their fish tank broke the night before..(Was a great machine)   :'( We now use a Dyson dc14 uprated with better brushes / motor...by a dyson supplier near me. At least now we can see if its getting water in plus the customers can see the muck out of the carpet now b4 we do the clean.

No it was f***** by you not noticing the carpet was full of water.

 ;D ;D Wynne it was a dark red carpet (deep pile).The wife was doing the vac stage.The customer was so sorry she just forgot to tell us..

I use my B36 on most jobs, however the kirby comes out for the special occasions !!
