Can you guys give me an idea for a regular clean (6 weekly) on a property with approx 28 sash windows with georgian panes of this size

Outsides to be done every 6 weeks. Price required for this.
Every other visit insides and out (so that'll me 12 weekly). Extra price required for this.
The property stands in its own grounds, this is a pic of it from the road

Looks easy access. WFP I would ask for at least £30 but I'm expecting to get slated for being too cheap ;D
-
What about the insides?
-
I ask for half as much again so that would be £45 can be a lot of faffing about with ornaments and blinds and if they're high putting socks on the apoint ladder feet etc...

Im the one on the right.
I get lots of recommendations as a result of my good looks.
-
£40 outside only
£100 outside and inside
-
£35 and £80
-
£38 outsides only.
-
£30 and £60
-
30 pounds outsides 50 for insides.
-
I gave a price of £35.00 outsides every 8/9 weeks, a fair price I thought, on the higher side rather than the lower perhaps, nonetheless not overly priced. £100 inside and out.
I told her my price, she said 'Well, I'll be honest with you, I pay a lot less than you are quoting, I pay £40.00 in and out'
I thought :o :o :o :o
Inside and out there's 650-700 panes of glass on that place.
-
Send your twin brother back I know he's not as good looking as you but he might get a second bite at the cherry!
;D
-
Actually, I lied, thats my sister, not my brother,

My next lint there would be " that will explain why they are so grubby"

Must be BS you would take 2hours for insides. Why ask for a quote if you already have a good price.
-
£80
-
I did ask how long they were there and she said about an hour. £40 an hour isnt too bad really, not that they'd clean half of them, if that.

"Well Mrs Prospective custy, the reason he is so cheap is that he doesn't clean them properly; he just re-arranges the dirt ..."

I doubt she is being totally honest about the time. I know a wc that does a bigger house than that for a tenner. They will get a huge shock when he eventually gets fed up of driving 5 miles each way for the job. When he told me what he charged I nearly fell off my pole.
-
You nearly fell off your pole? You were riding it?
-
After you gave her your price matt..............and she responded with her response,i'd walk away and wish her well...............simple as that.
-
Thats what I did.
-
seriously the guys that are cleaning that place in and out for £40 are NOT LEGIT!!no way could you make enough money if your were cards in! >:( >:( >:(
