Title: working with the wife

Going out next week with the wife for the first time! Just gave her a lesson on our windows and wondering if its possible to double the hourly rate that I get now? I'm guessing it will be about 75 percent extra.

To start off I think you'll be lucky to do 25-50% more than you do on your own, then as she gets quicker it will probably be more like 50-75%, but you eill never do 100% more.

extra I would say at first maybe 5% then if you are lucky and your work allows 35/40% more 70% would be nice but unlikely to happen, or it never has with the work I have

Mrs H has expressed an interest. Had her work for me On a couple of garden tidy ups recently, she can be quite obedient when required.

Didn't increase work rate much but she is a nice distraction.

The missus came out with me today.

3 of the customers are chatterboxes and when I'm on my own, they takes ages but today, the good lady did all the talking and I did the work which suits me fine.

took my wife today  fiiping nightmare i polled tops she traderd bottoms  she were stood on a green box  chuffing barber coat on and it was ping red hot she says at end of day didnt think it was that hard i said thats an esay day

My wife is the brains behind the operation, she does the accounting, talks to the customers, does all the paperwork, puts up with my bad moods . . . . . I would never call her " the wife " !
