Title: Advertising Budget
Post by: Billy Russell on July 08, 2012, 11:31:47 am
I'm just looking at my budgets for advertising and marketing and was wondering what people felt was a reasonable budget?

I do understand that everybody is different and we've all got different overheads etc etc, but i was just looking for rough ideas

You didn't vote billy.......

I chose £200-£300 because it brings in enough new business to keep me ticking over.

Iam winding down after all..

I can't vote because there isn't an option if you don't spend any money for  marketing.

do you not have business cards?
do you write to existing customers?
are you in the yellow pages?
do you put advert in local paper?
do you leave anything with you details on with the customer?

I remember being told to spend a third of your takings on marketing. But then again they were flogging a fast track programme.  ;D
